Our end customer, the RS Group, has exciting plans to establish several new healthcare facilities throughout Indonesia. One of their first projects is the development of the Jakarta Heart Center in Tasikmalaya, a hospital focusing on cardiology and serving as a hub in the region by supporting numerous small clinics nearby. 
To revolutionize healthcare in the region, they were seeking a pioneering, all-encompassing approach that melds every aspect, from hospital infrastructure to medical equipment.
Siemens Healthineers and Siemens Smart Infrastructure responded to these requirements by proposing an innovative strategy, paving the way for a smart hospital construction. We team-up with our local partner, PT. Mahawira Putra Teknik to install and deliver the building solution. 
Additionally, the end customer expressed a keen interest in a simple payment framework incorporating a single point of contact to manage all distinct subsystems, simplifying the entire process. Compounding the challenge was the project's demanding timeline and the need to adhere to a stringent schedule.

JHC, or RS Jantung Tasikmalaya, located north of the city near major roads, serves both urban and rural communities. Opened in 2022, this modern hospital focuses on cardiology, while also providing comprehensive healthcare services across various specialties. It aims to boost regional healthcare by supporting local clinics and enabling local medical professionals.
