  • The conventional production lines are not done for such dimensions, therefore the gigantic welding system with absolute synchronicity of the welding process (while the pipe segments are rotated) had to be developed. 
  • Need of high-performance industrial WLAN components that communicate in real time and ensure roaming times in the millisecond range.
  • SCALANCE W-700 series with Industrial Coordination Function (iPCF) ensure synchronous wireless control of the production line. 
  • SIMATIC ET200 SP controllers with integrated safety functionality, so there is no need to connect other systems.
