integrates the new
Siemens WinCC UNIFIED operator panel into the press feeding lines,
systems that require the utmost in terms of:
- reliability
- human-machine interaction
- operational flexibility
The client’s need was to offer its customers an even
more intuitive,
responsive and customizable system, capable of integrating perfectly with our
high standards in terms of automation and productivity.
The request was about a tool capable of simplifying machine management,
reducing learning time for the operator and improving the overall efficiency of
the line.
In this context,
thanks to
the WinCC UNIFIED panel, a cutting-edge solution for the HMI (Human-Machine
Interface), it has been possible to
combine high performance, modularity and
perfect compatibility with the control systems already present in our client’s
plants.
Thanks to the collaboration with the Siemens/Telmotor technical team, they have been able to customize the graphical interface according to the typical
needs of presses and the automation logic of the systems.
The close cooperation between our engineers and those of Asservimentipresse and
Telmotor made a smooth and fast integration possible, once again demonstrating
how the Siemens technological ecosystem is able to accelerate innovation
processes in the industrial field.
