Aliauto stands out as
a leader in the field of high-tech testing machines, designing and
manufacturing tailor-made solutions for complex sectors such as automotive,
agriculture, and aerospace. One of its customers, leader in the
agricultural and material handling sectors, entrusted Aliauto with the
development of a high-performance test bench.
The ambitious goal: to
reduce energy consumptionto one-tenth of the current market standards. This
customer, specialized in the production of hydrostatic transmissions for
telehandlers, required a technological partner capable of delivering innovative
and scalable solutions.
To meet this
challenge, Aliauto leveraged its decade-long expertise in designing advanced
testing machines for complex industries such as automotive, agriculture, and
aerospace. The solution was built
around a fully integrated Siemens system, including:
inverters
PLC & HMI
motors
protection devices (with the Sinamics S120 drive at its
core) —ensuring optimal scalability in power and functionality.
One of the most
innovative aspects of the system is its ability to share energy between
modules, significantly reducing the load on the power supply and ensuring a
clean network for the end customer, thanks to the Active Line Module.
The user interface,
featuring labeled push buttons and a 22-inch panel PC with WinCC Unified,
combines ergonomics and simplicity, making the system intuitive, flexible, and
technologically advanced.
The long-standing
partnership between Aliauto and Siemens—spanning over 10 years—enabled the
integration of the new PLC into Aliauto’s machines, with joint development of
the graphical interface and drive parameterization. This collaboration led to
the creation of the Power Trade project: an exclusive and innovative machine
with four-wheel drive transmission, ranking among the largest and most powerful
ever built in its sector.
The Power Trade

safety, and security—key elements for achieving high performance and long-term
reliability.
