The campus has put into operation in
March 2021, reflects the leading concept of sustainability.
With Siemens’ cutting-edge
digital technologies, the campus can not only provide a
comfortable office environment, but also save energy and reduce carbon
emissions, becoming a benchmark for modern smart buildings.
Desigo CC integrates building automation,
security, laboratory management and parking systems, to achieve integrated management of the
campus. Siemens
has provided consulting services at the planning phase, to become the value
co-creation partner with Clariant.
By
using Siemens' building management system Desigo CC, the theoretical energy consumption
of the campus has been reduced by 23%.
It
has won the “LEED Gold Award
Certification” of the American Green Building Association, the national green
building two-star logo, and the “WELL Healthy Building
Certification” Gold Award.
One Clariant Campus (OCC) located in Shanghai Xinzhuang Industrial
Park, with a total floor area of about 24,000 square meters, it is the location of the Greater
China Operational Headquarters as well as the innovation center China of
Clariant, one of the world's leading specialty chemical companies.
