Virtual Commissioning Services are designed to help the customer get started with virtual commissioning through a combination of consulting, training and implementation. MAKA wanted such a service solution using SINUMERIK hardware-in-the-loop.
Siemens offered a service solution including the SINUMERIK Virtual Commissioning Implementation and the SINUMERIK Virtual Commissioning Training, including the following details:
Fast prototype implementation: The design of automation can be tested virtual and can be transferred afterwards to real machines. No obligations, no big investments into HW and SW required for 1st implementation.
Virtual testing of automation design: Automation design tested in the virtual commissioning solution can be transferred to the real machine without any changes.
Best possible qualification of MAKA's staff due to training by Siemens experts directly at the customer's site.
