    All programming languages used in the TIA Portal and standardized according to IEC 61131-3 are identical in terms of their functionality and performance. Particularly important for users from Canada and the USA: There are no restrictions in this respect, even for LAD (ladder diagram).

    Efficient diagnostics helps to locate and correct faults promptly. This increases plant availability. Examples: With the aid of the cross-reference list, the program can be searched in a targeted manner for individual operands. The representation of the network topology makes incorrect plug-in connections or inactive communication connections visible.
