Visual Inspection for dispenser stacking in razor blade packaging process:Automated visual inspection system for image classification (black/white) taken by 3rd party camera. Dispensers get delivered to the machine in trays of 5 stacks of 20 dispensers. Before the take-out picture are taken. Correctness of orientation and amount of dispensers in the stack will be checked.
Automatic inspection with 3rd party industrial camera on the shop floor with seamless integration in existing automation environments. AI neural network runs in S7-1500 TM NPU with pre-trained AI algorithm, analyze camera pictures by capturing dispensers passing at the conveyor belt and perform automated visual checks.
