For the customer it is also an important key for success to utilize their maintenance personnel and equipment in the most efficient way.

Mobile Diagnostics  is using portable equipment that involves dynamic (vibration) and static (Hi-Pot) testing at regular intervals according to customer needs. 5 motors are analyzed if they have a higher priority on the customers productivity. Vibration monitoring is the most reliable method to ensure early identification of mechanical faults - often months in advance. A static test analysis shows conditions of windings. With this solution our customer receives regular, and clearly structured status reports from their personal contracts. They can plan their own maintenance schedule according to our reports. The Mobile Diagnostics service includes4 dynamic tests and 1 static test a year.
