The Siemens factory in Tuebingen wanted to achive a productivity
increase in production within a short time frame and based on the existing machinery. Furthermore, an increased
service life of the tools should be achieved.
An automatic and highly dynamic adjustment of the spindle feedrate based
on the spindle performance is currently required. That's why Adaptive
Control and Monitoring (ACM) was installed on the machine. Furthermore, the users
were introduced and trained by Siemens Service Experts.
