Mobile Diagnostics with portable equipment involves dynamic (vibration) and static (hi-pot) tests at regular intervals according to customer needs. 21 motorsare analyzed if they have higher priority on the customers´ productivity. Vibration monitoring is the most reliable method to ensure early identification of mechanical faults - often months in advance. A static test analysis shows the conditions of windings. With this solution the customer receives regular and clearly structured status reports from their personal contracts. They can plan their own maintenance schedule according to reports done by Siemens service experts. The Mobile Diagnostics Services included 2 dynamic tests and 1 static test a year.
