The project demonstrates how technology and nature can coexist perfectly. Siemens
systems manage every aspect, from the recovery of 60,000 liters of condensed
water to the total and optimal control of HVAC systems—ranging from the
environmental microclimate to lighting—with potential future expansions related
to Modbus integrations for energy monitoring of approximately 350 multimeters.
The Desigo CC building management system is centrally controlling the fire
safety system, the photovoltaic systems, and the trigeneration plants.
Complete automation allows this model to be replicated on an industrial scale.
