15,000 sq m new extension to the production facility of the Bulgarian branch of Melexis, Belgium manufacturer of electronic components;
The purpose of the new building is to provide modern, fully automated and safe environment for the client’s production, storage and R&D activities.

The building management platform Desigo CC by Siemens integrates, monitors, controls and manages all processes in the building: heating, ventilation, air conditioning, lighting and shading (to be performed by room automation solution with KNX technology) as well as fire detection, extinguishing, video surveillance and security systems;
Fire safety is ensured via Cerberus Pro fire detection system and the most modern and comprehensive gas extinguishing system on the Bulgarian market, operating with natural gases (Sinorix CDT N2 and chemical agents Sinorix 1230) in a combination with "silent extinguishing"
A last generation access control system guarantees the safety and security of the building;
A reliable video surveillance software completes a state-of-the-art security systems offer.
Siemens' innovative building systems were installed and integrated by our solution partner Protech JSC at the production and logistics facility of the end customer Melexis Bulgaria.
