The positioning of the vacuum cups was realized with 32 stepper motors from a third-party manufacturer and the SIMATIC ET200SP F-TM Stepdrive technology modules.
The SIMATIC F-TM Stepdrive modules were controlled by a SIMATIC ET200SP Open Controller S7-1515SP PC2. The technology objects in TIA Portal V16 were used for positioning.
The SINUMERIK NCU 720 was used for the 24 NC axes.
