One of our personal highlights this year was leading a project where collaboration truly made the difference. Every part of the team - from development to operations - worked closely together, with extremely short communication paths and fast reaction times. Thanks to this strong alignment, we were able to deliver tailor-made technical solutions that fit the factory needs perfectly.
The project delivers expected annual energy savings of 30% and achieves 100% CO₂ emissions avoidance through the transition to 100% renewable energy (green electricity). Employees benefit from lower temperatures in production areas, improved air quality, and increased comfort through defined temperature ranges. The site maintains its ISO 14001 and EMAS certifications while contributing to Siemens Mobility's corporate sustainability goals.
