The Stoll Group is an owner-managed family business that implements projects worldwide as a system integrator for customers in the fields of energy technology, building technology and food & beverage. In the field of automation, Stoll develops innovative solutions for classic control technology as well as for SCADA, control and energy monitoring systems.
Objectives: High personnel costs due to the heterogeneous, highly distributed and outdated system landscape of the end customer. In order to keep the effort for software development low in the long term and the transparency, reusability and serviceability of the generated code high, the Stoll Group was looking for a solution with which code could be uniformly structured and generated fully automatically.

For its long-standing customer Champignon dairy, Stoll is working until the end of this decade on standardising the hardware and software of the automation technology at the five production sites of the company. In total, the project includes the renewal of around 130 PLC controllers and the creation of the entire software.
