Project Position: Upon completion it will be the No. 2 pipeline in the market with a total capacity of 40,000 liters via 4x10,000 L stainless Bio reactors.
Project Scope: It covers the total integrated automation and Batch system incl. upstream, downstream and auxiliary (upstream bioreactor system, downstream ultrafiltration system and chromatography system, auxiliary CIP/SIP stations, etc.).
  • PCS 7 V9.1 + Batch + AS410H + ET 200SP HA + SCALANCE + SITOP 
  • 2 x OS Server + 2 x Batch Server + 42 x Client + 4 pairs of Controllers (≈5200 IO) 
  • Valve island + Virtualization + Disaster tolerance system + MCC variable frequency cabinet 
  • Installation and engineering services.
