The supervisory system covers the
entire process of waste water treatment starting by the pretreatment, aeration,
clarification, sludge recirculation, sludge treatment, polymer preparation,
chlorination, and odor treatment.

partnership with SIEMENS, system integrator AutomatiX provided a complete solution for
the SCADA System and Distributed Control for a new waste water treatment plant.
The SCADA is based on 2000
datapoints, server-client topology, with 2 simultaneous clients and reporting
feature.
The hardware is based on SIEMENS
S7-300 and associated distributed IOs communicating via PROFINET / Industrial
Ethernet using SCALANCE Fiber Optic Switches over Fiber Optic Loop.
