BRB GLOBUS is a producer of rotary labelling machines for glass and plastic bottles, cans and phials. Its core value stands in flexibility of production, in order to adapt its machines to the needs of both market and customers.Therefore, the main purpose is to speed up production, simplify use and enrich and qualify the operator’s skill on the machine.
The design of the project for the labelling machine MEGA ADE 944 SP is focused on the replacement of mechanical movements with electronic devices. The strategy emphasizes four essential aspects: safety, communication, flexibility and simplification. Siemens' solutions and products adopted are as following:

The collaboration with Siemens allowed the recent digitalization of the labelling machine, replacing mechanical movements with brand-new electronic devices.
