The customer objective was to establish the first green supermarket in Ukraine in adherence with BREEAM standards (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) for constructing environmentally sustainable buildings.     
Customer needed to: 

• enable facility managers to identify and analyze issues to optimize building performance 
• implement comprehensive advanced reporting solution, which would help taking the right actions simple, required to optimize resources across the building 
• reduce the expenditure of time, energy consumption, maintenance effort, and other essential cost factors

Next to the Desigo CC V4.2 building management system with power management and advanced reporting, the scope of supply and services comprised Desigo PX automation stations, Symaro sensors, Acvatix valves and actuators, the programming of a façade lighting control algorithm as well as the Desigo PX and TX Open integration platforms, which are required to integrate third-party systems and devices into the Desigo system. Last but not least, the supermarket’s ADAP-KOOL adaptive refrigeration controls also had to be added. This was achieved by means of SORIS, which enables supervisory control and monitoring within our building management solution and ensures optimal conditions for food in temperature-controlled environments.
