Transformation Approach, a comprehensive consulting project, to analyze the E2E- process from order intake to product delivery and challenges along the value
chain to define technical, procedural and organizational measures and to meet the
future end-to-end process.
As an outcome, several projects have been identified for the global rollout of a new ERP-System. Additionally, a new concept to collect production data on the shop floor and get them analyzed in a cloud-based architecture has been introduced.
