Stadtentfalter GmbH was commissioned by the municipal development company of the city of Mönchengladbach to develop an energy supply concept for the new "Maria-Hilf-Terrassen" quarter (former hospital site where housing is being built) and to operate it as a contractor in the long term. The "4th Generation District Heating Systems" funding program of the German Federal Office of Economics and Export Control was to be used for this purpose. This requires the preparation of a comprehensive feasibility study.
