Vanguard Properties wished to provide its tenants with the option to charge their vehicles at every single parking lot. The challenge was that the available power was somewhat restricted and they did not want to rely on third-party solutions (cloud). Consequently, Siemens was tasked with developing a fully automated solution to execute local smart power distribution across 200 EV charging units. In addition, there was a need to monitor and generate consumption reports for each tenant to facilitate accurate billing.

All these features are consolidated into a user-friendly interface for maintenance teams, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery.
