With an unprecedented capacity of 103.5 megawatts and 238 megawatt-hours, the largest battery storage power plant for renewable energy in Germany is currently being built in Bollingstedt. In the future, high-capacity renewable electricity will be stored here to make the public power supply more environmentally friendly, safer, and more affordable. Siemens has provided excellent support for our flagship project in Bollingstedt. With the F-gas-free medium-voltage switchgear, the proven protection technology, and the control technology components from Siemens, we have realized a highly efficient and sustainable solution.
