BonÀrea Agrupa, as the end client, is directly leading the engineering project for AGVs in their e-commerce center. This means that, in addition to benefiting from automation technology, they are applying their own knowledge and expertise to design and implement the AGV solution that best fits their logistical needs. This decision reinforces their complete vertical integration model, allowing them to maintain full control over the project, optimize costs, and ensure that the system perfectly aligns with their operational and customer service goals.Objectives in this project were:
