SIASUN
deployed over 100 AGVs in a state-of-the-art battery assembly facility,
integrating their automation expertise with SIMOVE technology for comprehensive
material handling.
The
system provides end-to-end automation from cell transport to module assembly,
creating a highly efficient production environment through intelligent
AGV-controlled logistics solutions.
For this they used the following Siemen's solutions:
Simatic 1512SP F-1 PN: The PLC has high-performance processing capabilities, integrates profinet, diagnostic function and offers strong scalability and compatibility. It’s suitable for AGV’s motion control.
SCALANCE W788, SCALANCE W734: It is a stable and high-speed wireless communication device with a wide range of applications and can be deployed in demanding scenarios, such as in automotive Oems.
KTP700: High-resolution display, robust and durable design, extensive communication support, flexible application and scalability.
PC + SIEMENS Simatic 1512F PLC: Combining the computing power of the PC with the communication security and control capabilities of the PLC, it is used to deploy the fleet system to achieve intelligent and digital solutions.
