As a result of the switchover to Siemens SIMATIC, Heizomat Gerätebau Energiesysteme GmbH hopes to achieve modular expandability of the control and plant systems. Furthermore, for the globally active company Heizomat, the system integration of its heating systems and the availability of the operating system for the plants in several languages represent an important prerequisite.
The medium-sized company relies on the tried and tested technology from Siemens and on an integrated range comprising a compact PLC with powerful visualization. Thanks to the comprehensive system, the TIA Portal, and all other components linked under it, the entire process is becoming considerably more flexible.
