Ambotec - Assembly machines for the assembly of electronic Microcomponents, ET 200AL
Machine Building
Ambotec AG
The company develops and builds machines, which automatically assemble individual parts to every day products, as e.g. batteries for mobile phones and photo cameras or gas meters for apartments. To be competitive on the global market the company needs highly qualified employees and is dependent on future oriented and qualitatively superior, flexible components for their machines.
The company Ambotec builds on the decentral periphery ET 200AL from the SIMATIC family of Siemens. The modules are not only flexible, but also uncomplicated to handle. The technicians can quickly and easily connect the cabling of the individual modules on-site. The power supply and communication are always fed in separately, to further increase the flexibility for the technicians. To provide an easier overview, the sockets and cables are color coded. Pre-assembled cables and the M8- or M12-connection technology further facilate the cabling.
