Automated OEE/KPI for Octapharma, with real-time monitoring & traceability, ensures compliance. A scalable IT-OT standard supports process excellence.
Octapharma's OEE requirements were jointly evaluated. A PoC in Sweden focused on data collection and OEE/KPI monitoring - enhanced with Senseye Predictive Maintenance PoC in conjunction with Industrial Edge as the data integration layer. The PoC results defined a blueprint for a scalable solution across multiple plants.skills are taught. Industrial Edge, Industrial Information Hub, and Connectivity Suite enable secure IT/OT data acquisition. Industrial Edge Services implement OEE & Connectivity solutions, while Performance Insight monitors OEE and Senseye supports predictive maintenance. Central management and scalability optimize production and reduce downtime.
Ambition is to reduce unplanned downtimes by 50% and boost machine performance by 10% through OEE transparency for savings.
