Expansion of existing machine concept to include automatic print unit adjustment.
Solution comprises SIMATIC S7-1515F machine control system, SIMOTION D455 drive control and 40 SINAMICS S120 drives (SIMOTICS S-1FK7).
Expansion was realized using 36 SINAMICS S210 drives (SIMOTICS S-1FK2).

On the basis of continuous sales and application-related support vis-à-vis the customer, a concept was developed to meet their demanding requirements in full.
The automatic adjustment solution was implemented on the basis of the SINAMICS S210 and the associated SIMOTICS S-1FK2 motors with one-cable technology.
The following products were used for the entire plant: SIMATIC S7-1515F, ET200SP, Comfort Panel TP2200 PRO, SIMOTION D455, SINAMICS S120 / S210, SIMOTICS S-1FK7 /1FK2.
The software was created using the TIA Portal, STEP 7 Professional, Safety Advanced, WinCC and Scout TIA.
