Tofas needed a service solution to reduce unplanned machine downtimes. Also they wanted to realize a just in time spare part storage and dynamic correction of maintenance plans.

Siemens provided a service solution through the Digitalization Implementation of Analyze MyCondition (AMC). 

AMC is used for the condition based maintenance of machine tools. The customer can monitor the machine conditions online and use the data to plan maintenance activities. Related to condition based maintenance, the machine will inform the maintenance team by sending an e-mail before the occurring alarm.
