Back in 2001, some of Business Park's buildings were automated by Siemens’ systems, others by solutions of other suppliers. Almost 25 years later the buildings are rather old and energy-inefficient and do not meet contemporary business needs. The customer is implementing a large-scale renovation, aimed at creating a far more attractive campus which provides tenants with a safe, healthy, energy-efficient “green” Class A office environment in compliance with their sustainability standards.
