The value of introduction workshops
Back in 2021, SRE gave insights on its New Normal Siemens Office strategy to a FinTech company. Impressed by the modern Siemens approach the client decided to support the journey of its employees back to the office with the utilization of the Comfy App in a company level. Therefore the client asked SRE to support during the implementation phase and guide through the process with valuable experience and knowledge.
In a series of workshops SRE shared experiences and learnings from the Siemens-wide introduction of comfy and supported the client to develop its own way of making comfy work for the company. Furthermore, SRE provided the client with supporting communication strategies and templates for a global roll out campaign. Within the workshops, SRE called in experts who played a crucial part in the Siemens internal comfy roll out and could therefore give valuable information and guidance. 
It has been a great collaboration, the workshops really helped!
