Due to various incidents in the substation, there were gas losses in two fields and partial discharges in the auxiliary power field. As the availability of the wind substation is of great importance and an outage due to the impending loss of revenue should be avoided, the delivery of a new NXPLUS C medium-voltage switchgear was requested.

Delivery of an IoT-capable NXPLUS C medium-voltage switchgear including installation and commissioning, as well as replacement of the raised floor. In addition, the IoT box was installed and configured and the NXpower Monitor was set up. The managed service including on-call service rounds off the complete package.

With this comprehensive solution, we do everything we can to maximize the availability of the substation. With the help of the NXpower Monitor, the customer can continuously monitor the health status of the system. If there are any anomalies in the measurement data, the customer can contact our experts directly via the on-call hotline. With the Siemens Xcelerator application, unplanned shutdowns can be converted into planned service calls in the future and the availability of the substation is maximized.
