Mobile Diagnostics using portable equipment involves dynamic (vibration) and static (Hi-Pot) testing at regular intervals according to customer needs. 6 motors are analyzed if they have higher priority on the customers productivity. Vibration monitoring is the most reliable method to ensure early identification of mechanical faults  - often months in advance. A static test analysis shows conditions of windings. With this solution the customer receives regular, clearly structured status reports from their personal contacts. They can plan their own maintenance schedule according to the reports. The Mobile Diagnostics service includes 2 dynamic tests and 1 static test a year.
