Mobile Diagnostics using portable equipment that involves dynamic (vibration) and static (Hi-Pot) testing at regular intervals according to customer needs. 229 motors are analyzed if they have higher priority on the customers productivity. Vibration monitoring is the most reliable method to ensure early identification of mechanical faults - often months in advance. The static test analysis shows condition of windings. With this solution, the customer receives regular and clearly structured status reports from their personal contracts. They can plan their own maintenance schedule according to the reports. The Mobile Diagnostics service includes 3 dynamic tests and 1 static test a year.
